Ok penah dengar tak eosinophils? Alaaa kalau ko medic student ke doktor ke nurse ke healthcare ke msti la tau. Tapi aku yg study accounting and keje IT mesti la blur gle dengar menda alah tu. Nk sebut pn siap ngeja lagi. Doktor sebut laju je. Basically eosinophils tu muncul kat blood test result. Aku tak tau la dia sejenis apa. Tapi lepas aku abeh pantang aritu, aku g la medical check up. Sbb masa preg kan aku ada kencing manis. Bahasa medic GDM. Kencing manis masa preg. So lepas pantang kena cek still kencing manis or tak. Dalam pantang aku ade jgk cek randomly guna glucometer. Ternyata gula aku tinggi post prandial (2hrs after meal). Penah cecah 11.2mmol/l. Cuak gila siut. Terus berdiet sakan. Then aku naik je keje trus g klinik. Doktor cek pn tinggi. So dia decide to have accurate test which have to fasting and do a proper blood test.
Masa review blood test result, doktor tanya adakah aku allergic terhadap ape2 food or environment? Aku ckp before beranak takde. Tp after beranak aku notice aku naik gatal2 lepas mkn ubt anugerah tu. Gatal yg kronik. Tp mkn bnda lain xde la plak gatal. Mkn telur ok, udang ok. Doktor pn show result, dia ckp eosinophils aku tinggi. Normal range is 0-4 tapi mine is 37 *jawsdrop*. Doktor cerita thats show that my blood allergic to something which not sure ape. To know details aku kena wat another blood test special for allergic. Tp since aku x notice pape, aku malas nk buat. Just beware of what i am eating. Maybe jugak akan allergik pada habuk. Kalau rasa naik gatal2, kena fikir punca and avoid. As at now i think i am ok.
Gamba bawah tu aku compare result Nov 2014 dengan Oct 2015. Masa 2014 eosinophils aku 1 jer. Lepas beranak 37. Apehal tah. Tapi as long as aku ok, xpela. Nanti just jaga makan laa.
Ok berbalik pada glucose reading and hba1c, Alhamdulillah doktor confirm that i am non diabetic. Tp masa guna glucometer jadi tinggi sbb body aku lambat change gula tu. Means that insulin badan aku slow bekerja. Bila fasting everything back to normal. Bacaan aku 5.0 which normal range is 4-5.5. Still aku kena jaga lifestyle. Luckily i am not a sugar lover. Tpi i am a rice lover. Hahahaa. Kne reduce direct sugar, hidden sugar (mcm sos, kicap, biskut, fruits yg sweet, junk food of course kena buang terus), karbo pn kena reduce. Eat a lot of protein and vege. InsyaAllah
